Shipping Options and Delivery Costs

You will be presented with the available shipping options when proceeding through the checkout process. Shipping rates will be made available prior to confirming your purchase. Costs will depend on the item being purchased and your destination. Please check your details carefully prior to confirming your purchase.

 

Order Processing Time

We aim to have all orders processed within 2-3 business days, Monday to Friday. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day.

 

Estimated Delivery

While delivery times do vary, we suggest you allow seven business days from the date of order when delivering to an address within the United States.Rural addresses may potentially require additional time.

For international orders, we estimate 14 business days from the date of purchase, with rural locations potentially requiring more time. These timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on your location and be subject to any peak season delays.

While we endeavour to process, produce, and ship your items as quickly as possible, we do not accept any liability for delays encountered during transit.

 

Delivery Address and P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We do not ship to P.0. Boxes.

 

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before making a purchase on our website to ensure you understand your responsibilities and any possible charges. We are unable to calculate these fees and charges for you.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your items have been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
