Refund & Returns Policy

Please read below our Vogue Art Studio refund and returns policies which cover our physical products and gifting certificates. These terms apply to all purchases from our online store. You are welcome to contact us if you have any specific queries relating to the below terms.

Physical Items

• Our refund policy lasts 14 days after the receipt of your purchase. After this period, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund of the products.
• If you receive a damaged item, you must provide photographic proof when contacting us along with a description of the damage and your order ID.
• If your claim is accepted, you have two remedies. You can choose between:
• A free replacement
• A refund
• We do not accept general returns of exchanges, including if you simply change your mind regarding your purchase.
• You are not required to return the damaged item if your claim is accepted.
• If you opt for a free replacement, your order will be processed in 2-3 business days and your delivery will be subject to our standard shipping policy and estimated delivery timeframes.
• If an order goes missing in transit, you will be eligible for a refund for the product price alone, excluding shipping and any extra charges.

 Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance and are not transferable.
• All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
