Where are your products produced and shipped from?

Our product range is produced and shipped from our production partners based in Mexico and the United States. Our partners have been chosen based on their track record of producing high-quality items together with on time shipping.

We provide information about our delivery and shipping, which outline expected production and dispatch and approximate arrival times.

How do I place an order?

When browsing our online collections, simply select any product that you are interested in. From there, choose any options which may be available (such as size, colour etc.) and click 'add to cart'. Simply follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Please note that you may be liable for import duties into your country depending on your location, which are not included within your purchase from us.

How long until I can expect my order to arrive?

This depends on several factors, including your shipping destination as well as the time of year. Certain busy periods, such as Christmas, can experience longer than usual shipping times.

We process orders as quickly as possible once your order has been confirmed with payment received, and keep you updated.

Is there a minimum order?

Not at all! Whether you are looking at just one item to purchase or more, this is simply up to you. Please note that if ordering multiple item types, they may ship individually from our various production partners.

Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process, prior to confirming your purchase.

How do I know if a product is still available or sold out?

All the our products featured on our online store are available to purchase, unless marked 'Sold Out'. If you are able to add a product to your shopping cart, then it is available to purchase.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to many countries around the world. When proceeding through the checkout process, you will be asked to enter a delivery address. As you begin to enter your details, the form should auto-fill with possible addresses.

If your country or address does not display, unfortunately we are unable to ship to your location. Please note we do not ship to GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) applicable countries throughout Europe as of December 2024.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and the items you are purchasing. You will see shipping costs when proceeding through the checkout process and will display when you have entered your address.

Will I be notified once my order has been dispatched?

Absolutely! Once you have placed your order, you will shortly receive an email from us confirming your purchase. Once your order has been processed, you will also receive a following email notifying you that your shipment is on the way.

Do I receive a tracking number once shipped?

All shipments are dispatched with tracking to ensure you can follow delivery progress. You will receive this tracking code to the email address you supply during the checkout process.
